Skywatch Friday : Silk Road (on the way to Mengke Glacier)

Found these interesting skies photos under my Silk Road Travel's folder.
(Hope Skywatch Friday's fans will like this )

We saw this wide field with snow-capped moutain as the background during our way to Mengke Glacier 夢柯冰川, Gansu Province.

Can you see the 2 little Mongolian Tent (in fact there are huge) on the left ?

Look closer

They wrapped the house with the plastic sheet, to keep the inner warm.

Read here for my experience stayed in Mongolian/ Kazakh Yurk/Tent .

After several shots, we continued our journey ---- Mengke Glacier 夢柯冰川

(From Editorial Department of Gansu Provincial People's Government's Website )
Six glaciers in China have recently been honored as the most beautiful glaciers of China by National Geographical Journal of China and Crystal Mengke Glacier in Mongolia autonomous county in the north of Gansu province is on the list.
Shi Yafeng, the “father of Chinese glaciers”, regarded it as very beautiful and easy to approach and climb.
