Zion National Park
Designated in 1919, Zion is Utah's oldest national park. The park is known for its incredible canyons, including The Narrows, which attract canyoneers from around the world. In Zion National Park, the Virgin River and its tributaries have cut narrow slot canyons. In places, a canyon twenty feet wide may be bordered by rock walls over a thousand feet high.
Thank you to Christine of The Daily Postcard send me this long (size 25cm x 10cm) from her recent trip. This postcard really brighten up my day.
